At the moment, no - you do not need to create an account to book a shoot via Pyx. We are currently in a limited Beta launch, once we go fully live an account will be automatically created for you when you make your first booking.

Pyx offers multiple fixed price packages to meet your shoot requirements. Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

You need to contact us via the Contact Us form our site as soon as possible. We will do our best to accomodate your request, however please note that a reschedule fee my apply.

You need to contact us via the Contact Us form on our site as soon as possible. No refunds are allowed for cancellations, we can hold your paid amount as credits for future shoots. If you cancel your shoot within 24 hours of booking it (and the shoot has not yet been allocated to a photographer), we will go ahead and process a full refund.

We don't allow cancellations in principle. In case you cancel, you forfeit the entire amount of your payment. We recommend that you inform us of your inability to proceed with the planned shoot and hold the paid amount as credits for future shoots.

If you reschedule you shoot to a later date more than 24 hours before the planned shoot time, you will be charged Rs. 1000. In case you want to reschedule your shoot within 24 hours of the shoot time, you will forfeit the entire amount. This is so that we can be fair to our photographers who block off time on their calendars for your shoot and need to be compensated fairly.

Unfortunately not, the entire booking amount needs to be paid in full via our website/ mobile applications at the time of making the booking.

Our algorithm automatically chooses a photographer for you based on multiple criteria (like location, shoot type, availability etc). Please let us know if you have a preference by dropping us a line via the Contact Us form and we'll do our best to have your shoot allocated to the same photographer.

Yes, you can - please note a change fee may apply and it may result in your booking being assigned to a different photographer. Do note that we do not allow any changes to an existing booking in the last 24 hours before a shoot.

Unfortunately not. All payments need to be made via the Pyx payment platform at the time of making the booking.

We are currently operational in all Tier 1 cities in India and rapidly expanding to cover Tier 2 and 3 cities as well.

Yes, you absolutely can. Please ensure you select the "Business" shoot option when making your booking.

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble booking through our site. Please contact us via the Contact Us form and one of our support representatives will call you shortly to assist with the booking.

We are in the process of developing our mobile apps and will be notifying you of them soon.

It is absolutely safe and secure to make payments via the Pyx website/ application. We leverage best in class technology and leading payment gateways to process your payments. You can rest assured that your payment account data is safe and secured. Please note that we do not store any payment card or bank account details locally with Pyx.

We aim to provide edited photos from your shoot within 72 hours from the shoot time.

We hold our photographers and photo quality to high standards and refund our customers when these standards are not upheld. Please note the option to refund any shoot is at the sole discretion of Pyx.

We take the safety of our customers very seriously. If a photographer different from whose photo was shared in the booking confirmation email shows up for your shoot, please call us (at the support number mentioned in your booking confirmation email) immediately and ask the photographer to return.

Our advanced booking algorithm does the heavy lifting (leveraging multiple criteria) and automatically assigns the best photographer for your shoot.

Unfortunately, we do not have an easy way for you to view all our photographers and their ratings at the moment. This is a feature that we will build out in our full product release - please wait a little longer.

Yes, all our photographers have received at least one Covid vaccine shot.

You will receive a confirmation email from Pyx with details of the photographer (including their photo) who's been allocated to your shoot.
